Charter Realty, established in 1980, offers Professional Full-Service Property Management and Representation for both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions.

Joseph Termini, broker/owner of Charter Realty, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  Joe enlisted in the United States Navy after graduating from high school, completing four years of active service during the Vietnam conflict and missions in Korea relating to the USS Pueblo incident.  His final assignment was aboard the USS Hornet Aircraft Carrier as a member of the Earth Re-Entry Air-Control Support Guidance Team for the Apollo XI and XII manned moon missions.

Joe returned to the states with an honorable discharge in May of 1970.  He married and started a family, relocated to Southern California and began furthering his education soon after his return to civilian life.  While attending Western State College of Law, following instruction at Saddleback College and California State University, Fullerton, Joe developed an avid interest in the field of Real Estate.

In 1978, Joe passed the California Real Estate exam, and soon after established Charter Realty~Property Management.

Joe quickly gained recognition as an informed professional real estate broker.  He continues to build on that recognition with his personal attention to every detail in each transaction for every one he represents.
